A dance class and social for the over 55s. Supported by Helix Arts and the Thriving Communities fund Arts Council England. Ran by lead artist Penella Bee and assistant Vixs Armstrong with both seated and standing options throughout. We will work on breath work, a gentle warm up, choreography and creative flow.

We will meet at the field on Linskill Terrace just down from the Linskill centre. Due to any bad weather conditions the session will be rearranged. The sessions will be socially distanced. At the end of the class there will be time to have a socially distanced picnic.
